Ground Drive System

Dual wheel ground drive system runs belt and beaters off wheel speed, allowing consistent spread at various speeds.

Widespread Beater

Our patented “Widespread Beater” is designed to spread a variety of wet or dry materials up to 54 inches (137.16 cm).

Adjustable Engage Lever

The engagement lever is adjustable to facilitate ease of use by the operator. Two wing nuts allow the handle to extend for easier reach for a variety of machines.

Full Width Belt

A 23-inch wide PVC belt delivers dry or moist material evenly and smoothly to the “widespread beater.”

Adjustable Tongue

The tongue has five adjustment holes to accommodate a variety of towing vehicles. The hitch pivots to ensure the unit follows the contour of the turf.

Rear Shroud

The rear shroud is adjustable in four different positions to adjust material spread for varying conditions*

Cleanout Ports

Each unit has factory cutouts in the side for easy cleaning access. These are ideally pressure washed after each day/job. Doing so will avoid material buildup in between the belt and roller.

Adjustable Endgate

A locked position, adjustable dial controls the spread depth for fine tuned topdressing. Since the belt is tied to ground speed, it typically allows for up to 1/4" thick spread in one pass.

Optional Features

Light Material Sides

Increase the capacity to just above 1 cu. yd. Designed for use with lightweight materials such as compost, crumbed rubber, and calcined clay. Fully loaded weight should not exceed 1,500 lbs. The sides have an 69″ inside dimension and are ideal when loading with a 5 ft. bucket or smaller. 

Adjustable Wing Kit

The optional wing kit allows operators to control the spread pattern by moving one or both wings inward. This is ideal for a smaller spread trail with heavier spread or more consistency in a gardening or leveling application.

Loading Chutes

The optional loading chutes increase the loading width to 68-inches (from 57-inches) to reduce spillage when loading with a tractor or small skid steer loader.

Electric Engage/Disengage Actuator

The 220 is available with a 12V plug and electric actuator to engage / disengage from the operator station. This setup is ideal for Side-by-Side utility vehicles and Zero Turn mowers where reaching back is unrealistic for the operator.

Agriculture Tires

For a farming, or narrow application with more needed traction, an ag tire set is available instead of wide turf tires. These tires are 6″ wide instead of 10″ and provide more traction with a narrow footprint.

Absolutely fantastic.  Jeb was upfront, comprehensive and product arrived without a single flaw.  Setup and installation went off without a hitch just following his instructions.  Unit is heavy and definitely well constructed.  My only issue - I didn’t want to get it dirty!  The 65PT is right for residential use, though I still want the 415SP. Purchased a Topdresser to lay out sand in our 4-acre field. High quality machine, great customer service, and fast shipping. The topdresser performed well enough, though we bought one way smaller than we should have.

Purchased a 65PT to top dress USGA sand on tee offs and putting green at our Driving Range. (Divot Repair).  The 65PT made the work much easier. No more throwing sand by shovel. Allows you to choose the depth of the sand applied. Very happy with the purchase.

Suggestion to Mfg: Make the lever that engages/dis-engages drive mechanism longer so it is easier to grasp by hand. The lever is located behind the gear/chain guard and somewhat difficult to grasp. When the 65PT fully loaded, pressure is on the gears and lever is somewhat hard to engage/dis-engage.

I wanted to take a moment to give my  honest feedback on the P65 Earth and Turf spreader I purchased. I'm extremely satisfied with it; it works flawlessly and I could not be happier with my decision. This spreader has been perfect for my needs and honestly, it blows the competition away. I tried Eco's version of it and had problems from day one.

Moreover, your customer service is wonderful, and communication is great. Jeb reached out to me about a month after having the spreader to see if I had any issues or questions which I had none.

Honestly, if you're in the market for a spreader of any kind, I highly recommend checking these guys out. Earth and Turf knows their stuff, and it's a quality American-made product from a small family-owned company.

The overall quality of Earth and Turf's products is top-notch, and the functionality and ease of use are superb. I’ve used it 3-4 times fully loaded with compost and topsoil, and I've experienced zero issues. (Get the side extensions for any spreader, it's a game changer)

Looking ahead, my next big project will involve leveling my front yard with mason sand, and I'm confident it will perform just as well.
